The Texas Tech University (TTU) Free Market Institute at Angelo State University (ASU) aims to advance research and teaching in economics in support of the missions of the Norris-Vincent College of Business at ASU and the Free Market Institute at TTU.

Faculty members affiliated with the Texas Tech University Free Market Institute at ASU contribute to the development and teaching of the economics curriculum in the Norris-Vincent College of Business and conduct independent academic research in support of the college's mission. They also make contributions to ongoing research activities undertaken at the FMI at TTU.

The Texas Tech University Free Market Institute at ASU develops and operates student and public programming for the benefit of students at ASU and the San Angelo community.
